Don Jazzy Celebrates 7 Years Anniversary of Mavin Records As He Drops Huge Statement

May 8th, 2019
Don Jazzy is celebrating the 7th year anniversary of his record label; Mavin Records.
The music business mogul and artiste has taken to his Instagram page to celebrate Mavin at 7 and also to release a statement to thank everyone that has been a part of the beautiful journey since Mavin Records was established on the 8th of May, 2012.
He has also used the medium to send a message across to the people that believe Mavin Records is now a shadow of what it used to be since Reekado Banks and Tiwa Savage, two of which are its biggest artistes till date quit the label. He urged every “Mavin” to be relaxed as everything is fine with the label, using an hashtag “#AllIsInOrder.”
He wrote; “We will like to say a big thank you to all our fans and business partners for the love and support through the years. Mavin is 7 today and I am sooooo proud of what we have been able to achieve. GOD has been faithful.
“We had some down times but I will be lying if I tell you I didn’t learn a lot from those times. Those down times made me and the team stronger and wiser than ever. I love and believe so much in my team. That been said, by the power vested in me, with so much fire in my belly, on behalf of the SUPREME MAVIN DYNASTY I say to every Mavin out there that #AllIsInOrder.”
Mavin Records was established by Don Jazzy after the rift between himself and his former partner, D’banj which led to the closure of former record label; Mo’Hits Records and since then, Mavin has been up and doing and gone on to establish itself as one of the biggest record label and music management company that Africa has ever witnessed.
Congrats Mavin! Congrats Don baba J!
