Popular singer Bella Shmurda has made a heartfelt promise to take responsibility for the child of his late friend and colleague, Mohbad.
Bella Shmurda, who expressed his ongoing struggle with the shock of losing Mohbad, shared his thoughts on Instagram.
He also admitted that he had turned to alcohol as a way of coping with the loss.
In his message, Bella Shmurda expressed his regret that Mohbad’s son, named Abiola Imole, after his late friend, would grow up without the chance to know his namesake.
However, he was resolute in his commitment to maintaining Mohbad’s legacy and looking after his son, Liam.
Sharing a photo of Mohbad and Liam, Bella Shmurda captioned the post; “You told me to stop it [mourning]. I have been trying.
I just hope you’re okay where you are, as I have not been happy for days. I have been drinking and going back and forth on how to move on.
“It’s sad Abiola Imole never got to know you. But be rest assured that I will tell your story. And I will definitely take care of our fruit [son]. I’m passing all the love to our sons. Lol. Lowkey, I’m Bell and Sons Inc.”
